Dis Advantage Assam

Assam Govt. has organised Global Investors’s Summit, named Advantage Assam with much pomp and show. While investments are necessary for economic growth, the state’s policy towards the public sector industries and enterprises has come under question simultaneously with the investment summit. While these public sector units and industries are suffering loss and are in the verge of death, state government has spent crore’s of money in the show called Advantage Assam, a small portion of which could have done much to revive those public sector enterprises.
