Increased reports of scrupulous activities like increased donation to political parties to legalize black money after the demonetization move by Indian Govt. has again raised a question on the effectiveness of the move. While the common people are forced to stop all their regular activities and stand in ques, either in banks of in ATMs, the rich and black money holders are finding new ways to exchange their illegal money, which have reinforced the fact that in a democracy like India, it is the commoners, who are always the sufferers.
