Politics in India was never free of corruption and had always been centered around grabbing power. However, with recent Elections, 2017, power hungry politics have got a altogether new form with open horse trading business. While an activist like Irom Chanu Sharmila , who has been under long fasting strike against AFSPA, has been rejected badly by the voters in the election, on the other hand, the candidates elected from other parties or elected has been ”managed” to support BJP in the same state. While BJP claims to bring “Parivartan or Change” to the corrupted political system of Congress, Samajbadi or any other rival party, resorting to such means raises a question on their ethics, thus turning all their claims to an irony! Altogether, the recent experiences of Election 2017 indicate how “Besharam” Indian Politics has turned in to!
